This month’s theme : Voice and Visibility
So many of us carry a fear of being seen. This fear is rooted in past experiences of being judged, rejected, or humiliated for speaking our truth or expressing our authentic self.
To belong, we learn to dim our light, hide our brilliance, and silence our authentic voice. Instead we stay small, stay agreeable and mould our truth into something more palatable… something safer.
This disconnects us from our power and our potential.
But the world needs your voice… the real, raw, radiant expression of who you are.
Reclaiming your visibility is a sacred act of courage and self-love... a remembering of your worth and your light.
In this month’s circle we will:
- meet your fear of visibility with compassion and curiosity
- integrate the fear and shame around being “too much” or “not enough”
- embrace the parts within you that long to be seen and heard
- reclaim your authentic voice and embody the confidence to shine
This monthly circle is for soulful, courageous women who are looking for more depth…. to work with deeper parts of themselves, and to connect more deeply with others.
Those who are willing to embrace the sacred alchemy of shadow work… to uncover the deeper wisdom held in their own stories and re-member who they really are.
Although this work can feel raw and vulnerable, by opening to the magic of circle we have a supportive space to go deep and lean in to what is present. Together we create a sacred space of connection, safety and trust... a space where all parts of us are welcome.
Using a combination of honest self-reflection, shadow work, guided activations and somatic process we journey into our depths to shed our masks, transform our shadow stories, create genuine healing and reclaim our authentic gifts.
By giving ourselves space and sitting in stillness, we begin to welcome in and give voice to the parts of ourselves that we usually push away... the hurt parts, the lost parts, the parts we rejected and abandoned to be safe and belong.
Through connection and acceptance we can harness the potent energy of fierce love to transform our fear, pain and unworthiness and offer healing and integration to these disowned parts of self.
Then we are able to move past survival patterns and trauma responses and experience authentic power, freedom and self-love.
